54-Year-Old Woman Arrested in Tomball After Stolen Vehicle Recovery

On January 11, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 22600 block of the Tomball Parkway in Tomball, TX. Upon arrival, deputies located the stolen vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

The driver, identified as 54-year-old Tammi Flemming, was found to have multiple open Misdemeanor Warrants. Flemming was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. As of now, her bond has not been set by the 487th District Court.
