Juvenile Arrested in Stolen Vehicle Incident with Loaded Firearm in Harris County
On January 12, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 20800 block of Reno Ranch Lane in Spring.
Upon arrival, they discovered the vehicle with three juvenile occupants. Subsequent investigation determined that the vehicle had been reported as stolen. The 16-year-old driver was found in possession of a loaded firearm.
The juvenile driver was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. Charges include Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon.
