Second Offense DWI and Drug Possession Lead to Arrest of Christopher Ware in Cypresswood Drive Crash

On December 15, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 100 block of Cypresswood Drive. Upon arrival, they identified the at-fault driver as 41-year-old Christopher Ware, who exhibited multiple signs of intoxication.

Following the discovery, deputies conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, determining that Ware was indeed intoxicated. Subsequent investigation unveiled that he was in possession of Cocaine and had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.

As a result, Christopher Ware was promptly arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He now faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
