Two Arrested After Armed Carjacking of Food Delivery Driver in Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Two men have been arrested after authorities say they robbed a food delivery driver at gunpoint, stole her vehicle, and led deputies on a pursuit before being captured on foot.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, a deputy was conducting an investigation April 16, 2026, in the 13100 block of Kuykendahl Road related to a carjacking involving a female food delivery driver.
Investigators said two male suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint, taking her personal belongings and vehicle.
The stolen vehicle was later located by the Criminal Investigations Division, and deputies attempted a traffic stop. Authorities said the driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
The vehicle was eventually stopped, but both suspects fled on foot. After a short chase, deputies apprehended both men and identified them as 20-year-old Kendrick Watson and 20-year-old Victavian Richardson.
Investigators also recovered two handguns during the investigation.
Watson was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and evading arrest in a motor vehicle.
Richardson was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $50,000 by the 262nd District Court.
The investigation remains ongoing.
