Hidden Cameras Found in El Paso Business Bathroom, One Arrested

EL PASO, Texas—The El Paso Police Department has arrested a man in connection with hidden cameras discovered inside a business restroom.

Christopher Sotelo, 32, has been charged with five counts of Invasive Visual Recording following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit.

The investigation began after authorities were notified that hidden cameras had been located inside a bathroom stall at a business. Sotelo’s bond has been set at $185,000.
