Man Wanted for Assaulting Woman in Cypress

CYPRESS, Texas — Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are asking for the public’s help in locating 53-year-old Marcelino Estrada in connection with an assault that occurred on September 17, 2025, in the Cypress Chase subdivision.

According to the report, the victim invited Estrada over to watch a movie. During the visit, Estrada allegedly made unwanted advances and, when confronted, reportedly grabbed the victim by the face and neck, causing pain, before leaving the residence.

Estrada is currently wanted through Harris County for Assault in County Court 16. Bond has been set at $100. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Constable Herman’s dispatch or their local law enforcement and reference case number 2509-02208.
