On March 16, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed an illegally parked vehicle in the 700 block of Beckets Crossing Lane in Spring, Texas. Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy found a woman asleep behind the wheel.

The deputy identified the driver as 35-year-old Kali Nicole Hubbard, who was found to have multiple open warrants issued by the Pearland Police Department.

During a vehicle inventory prior to towing, deputies discovered 78.32 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, 25 Alprazolam pills, nearly 600 pieces of stolen mail, stolen credit cards, and multiple paper Texas driver’s licenses, two of which contained her photograph.

Hubbard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the open warrants and charged with Tampering with Government Records. Additional charges are pending further investigation. Her bond has not been set at this time out of the 228th District Court.
