$25,000 Reward Offered in Cypress Triple Murder and Arson Case

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with FBI Houston and Crime Stoppers of Houston, is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of those responsible for a triple homicide and arson in Cypress.
On August 18, 2024, deputies responded to a house fire in the 14600 block of Plains River Drive. Inside, they found the bodies of Kelly Masciarelli, her son Kolin Foster, and his girlfriend Cameryn Richard. Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set and that all three victims were murdered.
“This was a senseless and devastating act of violence that has shattered a family and left our community reeling,” said Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. “We are committed to bringing those responsible to justice and providing some measure of closure to the victims’ loved ones.”
New Surveillance Footage Released
Authorities have released new surveillance footage showing a male suspect with a tall, muscular build getting into a black four-door sedan, which was driven by another individual.
“We believe someone in our community may recognize this individual or the vehicle,” said Sheriff Gonzalez. “We urge anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to come forward.”
