19-year-old Woman Breaks Into Houston Home and Refuses to Leave

On January 9, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance reported in the 21000 block of Vista Trail Court in the Northridge Park area.

The disturbance arose when a female intruder reportedly broke into a residence through an unlocked window and refused to leave, according to the homeowner.

Upon their arrival, law enforcement officers successfully detained the intruder, identified as 19-year-old Alexa Victoria Martinez. Subsequently, Martinez was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail, where she faces charges of Criminal Trespass. Her bond has been set at $100.00 out of County Court 6.
