18-Year-Old Woman Found Near Bayou in Downtown Identified and Confirmed Homicide Victim
Houston police have identified the woman found dead last Friday at 1900 Nance Street near Downtown Houston as 18-year-old Tierra Horn.
An autopsy conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences confirmed her identity and ruled her death a homicide.
Ms. Horn’s body was discovered near the bayou during a search by officers, investigators, and Harris County Precinct 6 Constable deputies at 1900 Nance Street around 5:40 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
