Woman Killed, Boyfriend Charged After Truck Runs Her Over in Northwest Harris County

A woman is dead and her boyfriend faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault and driving while intoxicated, after she was run over by a truck following a verbal altercation in Northwest Harris County on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
At approximately 10:11 PM, Theodore Condara was driving a 2004 Ford F150 southbound in the 5700 block of Catherwood Lane, with Christie Creighton, his dating partner, as a passenger. The couple had reportedly just left a local bar and are believed to have been involved in a verbal altercation.
Condara’s vehicle then entered the T-intersection with Bethan Glen Lane and continued southbound, leaving the roadway. The F150 drove onto a pedestrian pathway between residences, struck a trash can, and at that point, Christie Creighton exited the truck. The F150 then ran over Christie.
Condara continued driving south, turned east onto Marston Park Lane, then south onto Lerwick Drive, where he came to a controlled stop. He later returned to the scene on foot.
Emergency medical services were called to the scene and found Christie Creighton in critical condition. She was transported to HCA North Cypress, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Theodore Condara remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. However, he showed signs of impairment and was subsequently charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-Family Violence, Driving While Intoxicated, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
This case remains open and under investigation by the Vehicular Crimes Division.
