Woman Arrested for Prostitution at Houston Massage Parlor

On April 17, 2024, Investigators with Constable 4 Mark Herman’s Office conducted an undercover investigation at Sun Massage located in the 4900 block of FM 2920 regarding alleged prostitution.

The investigation was based on citizen complaints of prostitution and suspicious activity at the location.

Investigators posing as clients entered Sun Massage and were solicited sex and/or sex acts in exchange for money by unlicensed massage parlor employee, 42-year-old Mei-Chiu Pan. She was arrested on scene for Prostitution. Further investigation revealed that the establishment did have a Massage Establishment License but employees were found to be unlicensed massage therapists.
