Williamson County Identifies Victims in Murder-Suicide
The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has released the identities of the individuals involved in a murder-suicide that occurred on Bucine Cove, just outside Round Rock, on March 24, 2025.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., a child called 911 to report that their mother’s live-in boyfriend had fatally stabbed their mother before taking his own life.
The deceased have been identified as:
- Amirhossein Jafari, 37 (suspect/boyfriend)
- Maryam Jesmani, 33 (victim/mother)
Both individuals were found deceased at the scene with apparent stab wounds. The child is now safe with family members.
Commander John Foster of the Criminal Investigations Division emphasized the availability of resources for those in abusive relationships, urging anyone in need to contact 1-800-460-7233.
