Williamson County Corrections Officer Arrested for Felony Family Violence Assault

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Officer has been arrested in connection with an off-duty family violence incident that occurred last week.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Corrections Officer Jake Irvan Jimenez was arrested on October 6, 2025, on a felony family violence assault charge stemming from an incident at his residence outside Jarrell on September 29, 2025.
The alleged assault was reported to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Crimes Unit the following day, prompting a formal internal investigation. Jimenez self-surrendered to the Williamson County Jail around 9:00 a.m. Monday morning.
Following his arrest, Jimenez was placed on administrative leave with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
Sheriff Matthew Lindemann addressed the arrest, stating:
“The seriousness of these allegations does not reflect the values or commitment of the dedicated men and women of the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, who work each day to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.”
Jimenez has been with the department for two and a half years, serving as a Corrections Officer in the Williamson County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office stated that no further comments will be made at this time to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
