Wanted Felons Captured in Spring During Traffic Stop

On February 10, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the 15200 block of Ella Blvd in Spring, TX.

The individuals in the vehicle were identified as 30-year-old Deion White and 26-year-old Tatyana Beavers.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Deion White had an outstanding open Criminal Trespass Warrant and was found to be in possession of over 4 oz of marijuana. Tatyana Beavers was also found to have open warrants for Retaliation, Burglary of a Habitation, and traffic violations.

Both individuals were arrested and taken into custody, being booked into the Harris County Jail.

Deion White faces charges of Possession of Marijuana in addition to the outstanding warrant, with his total bond set at $1,701.00 by the 174th District Court and County Court 12. Tatyana Beavers’ bond was set at $25,000.00 by the 228th District Court for the felony warrants.
