Wanted Felon Apprehended with Heroin in Harris County

On February 22, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office acted on a tip regarding the whereabouts of 55-year-old Michael Kadlec, a wanted felon. After conducting an investigation, a warrant service was carried out in the 18500 block of Falcon Crest Drive.

During the operation, Constable Deputies successfully located and apprehended Kadlec, confirming an outstanding Felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Upon his arrest, Kadlec was found to be in possession of heroin.

As a result, Michael Kadlec was taken into custody and booked at the Harris County Jail for the active warrant. Additionally, he has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
