Wanted Felon Apprehended in Spring for Aggravated Robbery

On January 23, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office acted on information regarding the whereabouts of 25-year-old Daris Cofield, a wanted felon. Following an investigation, a warrant service was carried out in the 5400 block of FM 2920, Spring, Texas.

Constable Deputies successfully located and apprehended Cofield, confirming his felony warrant for Aggravated Robbery, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and additional open misdemeanor warrants. Cofield was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail to address the open warrants. As of now, his bond has not been set, pending proceedings in the 339th District Court.
