Walmart Shoplifting Incident Leads to Arrest of Woman with Prior Trespass Warning

On January 6, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft report at the Walmart situated in the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Road.

Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Shanelle Holland, who was suspected of attempting to shoplift. Further investigation revealed that she had previously received a criminal trespass warning for theft.

Shanelle Holland was subsequently detained and arrested. She was booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Criminal Trespass. Her bond was set at $500.00 by County Court 8.
