Walmart Shoplifter Arrested for Multiple Warrants Including Resisting Arrest

On December 29, 2023, a deputy from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a shoplifting incident at the Walmart in the 26200 block of the Northwest Freeway.

Upon arrival, the deputies identified the suspect as 38-year-old Charles Seibert. Subsequent investigation uncovered that Seibert had multiple open warrants for Resisting Arrest, Interfering with the Duties of a Public Servant, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Trespass.

Seibert was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail in connection with the outstanding warrants.
