Waco Police Arrest Undocumented Man on Sexual Assault Charges After Couch Incident

WACO, Texas – Waco police have arrested Adrian Rodriguez Gonzalez, 27, and charged him with sexual assault following a late-night incident. Gonzalez is currently being held at the McLennan County Jail and faces an immigration detainer placed by ICE, as he is an undocumented immigrant.

According to investigators, the suspect allegedly forced himself on a male victim who had offered him a place to stay for the night after a “rough evening.”

The victim told police he allowed Gonzalez to crash on his couch, but the situation became violent when Gonzalez allegedly tried to perform oral sex on him, despite being told to stop multiple times.

A female witness corroborated the victim’s account, telling police she watched the victim pull away several times while repeatedly saying “no.”

When questioned by police, Gonzalez allegedly claimed the assault was “in good fun” and that the victim was “teasing him.” Police rejected this claim and arrested him.
