Undercover Operation Leads to Prostitution Arrest at Humble Massage Parlor

HUMBLE, TX — A targeted investigation into suspected illicit activity at a local business resulted in the arrest of a 55-year-old woman on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Lihong Purinton was taken into custody and charged with Prostitution following an undercover operation at BB Massage, located in the 1500 block of 1st Street East.
The investigation was launched by Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Mark Herman’s Criminal Investigations Division after the office received multiple complaints regarding possible prostitution and human trafficking at the establishment.
The Undercover Operation
During the sting, a detective posing as a customer entered the business. Authorities allege that Purinton, an employee of the massage parlor, explicitly solicited the undercover officer for sex acts. She was arrested on-site without further incident.
Addressing the Human Trafficking Connection
Constable Mark Herman’s office noted that investigations of this nature often intersect with broader issues of organized crime and human rights violations.
“Often, foreign nationals are brought into the United States with false promises of a path to citizenship through work visas, only to be forced into sex trafficking and/or labor trafficking,” the Constable’s office stated in a public advisory.
By targeting the solicitation of sex acts at these locations, law enforcement aims to disrupt the financial incentives that drive human trafficking networks.
