Two Persons of Interest Identified in Beaumont Homicide Investigation

Beaumont Police are actively investigating a homicide that occurred on Monday, April 28th, at approximately 5:46 p.m. at the Landmark Apartments, located at 3155 French Road.

While the identity of the victim has not yet been officially released, the Beaumont Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest in connection with the case: 17-year-old Trevor Green and 17-year-old John Jones, both Beaumont residents. Authorities noted that John Jones currently has an active felony warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle from an unrelated incident.

Investigators are urging residents and businesses in the area bordered by French Road and Eastex Freeway to the west and French Road and Delaware Street to the east to review any camera footage they may have for potential sightings of the individuals of interest.
