Two Men Arrested in Online Child Solicitation Sting Operation in Montgomery County

Diego Cajas Espinoza, of The Woodlands, and Henrik Mouton, of Spring, have been arrested for Online Solicitation of a Minor following a joint operation by multiple law enforcement agencies.

On March 18, 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Office, working with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division, the Shenandoah Police Department, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Houston Area Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, conducted an operation targeting individuals attempting to solicit minors for sexual activity online.

During the operation, detectives identified Espinoza and Mouton as suspects attempting to solicit a minor for sexual purposes.

Espinoza and Mouton were located and arrested and now face second-degree felony charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor. They have been booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail and are being held on a $30,000 bond each.
