Two Houston Men Arrested in Connection to Splendora Home Burglaries

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – On July 16, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended two Houston men suspected in multiple home burglaries following a routine traffic stop in the East Patrol Division.
Deputies pulled over two vehicles traveling together for speeding. The occupants, identified as Cristian Sanchez and Kevin Reynoso, raised suspicion when Deputies spotted several brand-new kitchen appliances in one of the vehicles. Inconsistencies in their statements prompted Deputies to detain both individuals and request assistance from the Criminal Investigations Division.
Detectives arrived and linked both Sanchez and Reynoso to recent burglaries targeting new homes in the Splendora area. They were arrested and each charged with two counts of Burglary of Habitation. Both suspects were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are working to identify additional crimes and return all stolen property to its rightful owners.
