Houston police announced that two suspects have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Jeremiah Tillis, 19, which occurred on January 14, 2017, at approximately 11:55 p.m. in the 6610 block of Antoine Drive.
The suspects, 26-year-old Antonio Diecarlo Hughes and 26-year-old Jason Wells, are charged with manslaughter in the 337th Criminal District Court. Booking photos of both individuals were released by Houston Police Department (HPD).
According to HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Jimenez and Detective C. Bowling, Tillis was driving through a business center parking lot when unknown suspect(s) opened fire. Tillis was struck, lost control of his vehicle, and collided with a sign post.
