Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Woman With Meth, Stolen Mail, and Forged IDs in Harris County

A traffic stop on May 20, 2025, resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Kaitlyn Biggs after a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office discovered drugs, stolen mail, and forged identification documents.
The stop occurred in the 12600 block of Mill Ridge Drive. During the investigation, Biggs was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, nearly 60 pieces of stolen mail, multiple stolen parcel packages, approximately 30 stolen debit and credit cards, and several forged driver’s licenses.
Biggs was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Forgery, and Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information.
Her bond for the narcotics charge was set at $15,000 by the 184th District Court. She remains in custody awaiting bond for the additional charges.
