Traffic Stop in Spring Leads to Arrest of 19-Year-Old driving Stolen U-Haul Truck

In Spring, Texas, on December 20, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a routine traffic stop on a U-Haul truck in the 26800 block of Cypresswood Drive. The driver, identified as 19-year-old Kisshi Smalls, was taken into custody after further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Florida.

Smalls was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Theft. The total bond for Smalls has been set at $40,000.00 by the 176th District Court.
