Three Arrested in Violent Fight in Humble

On January 26, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 10500 block of Fire Sage Drive in Humble. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a physical altercation involving multiple individuals. Those identified as 17-year-old Calvin Tann, an adult female, a 16-year-old juvenile male, and 34-year-old Shatavia Sadler-Hamilton were detained.

Investigation revealed that the parties had arranged to meet at the location for a physical altercation. Both Sadler-Hamilton and the juvenile male were found to be in possession of loaded firearms and physically assaulted the adult female. Calvin Tann and the adult female were also found to have loaded firearms.

Sadler-Hamilton, who had multiple open misdemeanor warrants, and Calvin Tann were subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Sadler-Hamilton faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, with a bond set at $20,000.00 out of the 179th District Court. Tann was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, and his bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 14.

The adult female was transported to a local hospital for treatment, and a warrant for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon will be filed for her arrest. The 16-year-old juvenile male was arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
