Third Suspect Captured in Angleton Vape Shop Aggravated Robbery Case

The Angleton Police Department has announced the arrest of the third and final suspect in connection with the aggravated robbery of the Hard Rock Vape Shop that occurred on May 6, 2025.
26-year-old Jordan Kwantay Kirby of Baytown was taken into custody on June 24, 2025, at a residence with the assistance of the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office, Mont Belvieu Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, and the U.S. Marshals Violent Offenders Task Force. His bond has been set at $200,000.
The investigation began on the night of the robbery, when officers responded at 10:07 p.m. to a call at 1401 E. Mulberry Street, Suite C. According to police, three masked suspects approached the business on foot from San Felipe Street. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and used it to assault the store clerk before the group stole cash and merchandise. They then fled through the back of the store.
Two other suspects were previously arrested. 24-year-old Daveon Davalis Williams of Angleton was charged with Aggravated Robbery, a first-degree felony, and Retaliation, a third-degree felony. He remains in custody at the Brazoria County Jail on a $310,000 bond. 43-year-old Vince Gorre Holmes of Angleton was arrested on June 9 and is also being held at the Brazoria County Jail on a $500,000 bond for Aggravated Robbery.
Kirby’s arrest marks the conclusion of the investigation, according to authorities.
