Theft at Houston Premium Outlet Mall Leads to Arrest

On December 5, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall in the 29000 block of the Northwest Freeway. The incident occurred at the Burberry store, where a male suspect made off with a Burberry sweater valued at $750.00.

Upon arrival, deputies engaged with the loss prevention staff at Burberry, who provided details about the theft. The suspect, later identified as 36-year-old Laedwin Brown, was located by deputies committing another theft at a different store within the mall. Brown was detained, and the stolen Burberry sweater was recovered from his possession.

Laedwin Brown was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. He now faces charges of Felony Theft in connection with the incident.
