Texas Anti-Gang Center Arrests Three Wanted Fugitives in Midland County

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas. Members of the Texas Anti-Gang Center Permian Basin arrested three wanted fugitives in separate operations across Midland County on Thursday, July 9, according to authorities.
Investigators first arrested 39-year-old Gabriel Alexander Alvarado-Torrez during a traffic stop near Midkiff Road and Illinois Avenue. Authorities said he was wanted on a warrant for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Later that day, officers located 29-year-old Timothy Farrin Gould near the 5400 block of East County Road 63. Gould was wanted for indecent exposure and obscene display.
A third operation led to the arrest of 40-year-old Garland Grady Gilbert near the 1500 block of South County Road 1185. Gilbert was wanted on charges of sexual assault and assault causing bodily injury involving family violence.
All three men were booked into the Midland County Central Detention Center.
The Texas Anti-Gang Center Permian Basin is a multi-agency task force that includes personnel from the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, Ector County Sheriff’s Office, Midland Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Midland County District Attorney’s Office, the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
