Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Captured in Oklahoma

Raymond Lee Trejo, 35, of Abilene, has been apprehended after being on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender List. Authorities arrested Trejo on March 12, 2025, in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

The arrest was coordinated by the Special Applications Branch (SAB) of the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service, with assistance from DPS Special Agents from Abilene and the Stilwell Police Department.

Trejo had been wanted out of Taylor County since May 2024 for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. In 2009, he was convicted of the sexual assault of a child following an incident involving a 14-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 10 years of confinement in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison.

A Crime Stoppers reward will be paid for information leading to his arrest.
