Teen Driver Arrested After Brief Pursuit in Harris County

On December 26, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 8500 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver, identified as 18-year-old Chase Freeman, refused to stop, prompting a brief pursuit by Constable Deputies.

The pursuit concluded in the 7900 block of Will Clayton Parkway, where deputies successfully stopped the vehicle and apprehended Chase Freeman. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Eluding.

Chase Freeman’s bond has been set at $100.00 out of County Court 13.
