Second Offense DWI Lands Montgomery Woman in Harris County Jail

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 9200 block of FM 2920 Road in Tomball on December 27, 2023. The at-fault driver, identified as 38-year-old Mary Everett of Montgomery, displayed multiple signs of intoxication upon their arrival.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, confirming the state of intoxication. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mary Everett had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.240, three times over the legal limit.

Mary Everett was promptly arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. She now faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense, with a bond set at $5,000.00 out of County Court 11.
