Suspects Apprehended in Magnolia, Texas for Vehicle Break-Ins, Stolen Firearm, and Narcotics

On October 25, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., District 4 Patrol Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call in the 25400 block of Lindsey Lane in Magnolia, Texas. The call reported several suspects breaking into vehicles in the area. Deputies swiftly arrived on the scene and spotted a vehicle that matched the description provided for the suspects.

A traffic stop was initiated, during which the deputies discovered stolen tools believed to be from the burglarized vehicles. In addition to the stolen property, narcotics were also found, along with a stolen firearm.

The suspects involved in this incident were identified as 17-year-old Anthony Sosa and 21-year-old Heyurajan Sosa, both hailing from Pasadena, Texas, as well as 26-year-old Christopher Serrano, a resident of Magnolia, Texas.

All three individuals were subsequently charged with two counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Theft of a Firearm, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Following their arrest, they were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
