Suspect Arrested in Fatal Shooting Following Crash on Galveston Road

Houston police have arrested 25-year-old Marquise Lavell Ward in connection to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Allen Bianchino, who was found on June 14, 2024, at 3:40 p.m. on Galveston Road.

Ward is charged with murder in the 230th State District Court after Bianchino was discovered in the driver’s seat of a disabled vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers responded to a crash at the scene, where witnesses reported Bianchino’s vehicle had struck a parked, unoccupied car before coming to a stop. Investigators later identified Ward as a suspect and arrested him on December 26.
