On Sunday, January 26, 2025, at approximately 8:50 p.m., West University Place Police Department officers responded to the 3500 block of Robinhood Street regarding suspicious activity. Upon locating a suspect vehicle, officers attempted a traffic stop, but the driver, identified as Christian Stubbs, refused to comply, leading to a pursuit.
