Squatter Arrested in Spring After BB Gun Robbery Threats

On January 11, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office were called to the 7300 block of Spring Cypress Road in Spring, TX, in response to a report of a suspect squatting in a vacant apartment.
The individual was asked to leave the area, but before departing, he brandished a BB gun, pointed it at the complainant, and demanded the keys to the apartment.
Constable Deputies swiftly located the suspect nearby and identified him as 22-year-old Zachary Harrison. Harrison was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Robbery-Threats. He is currently awaiting bond proceedings in the 337th District Court.
