Spring Man Arrested for Assaulting Constable Deputy and a Pretrial Staff Member

On November 25, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office were called to the 400 block of E Cypresswood Drive regarding a disturbance. During the investigation, a male, identified as 26-year-old Deijorn Plumbar, resisted commands and struck a deputy in the face. Plumbar was subsequently detained.

Upon transport to the Harris County Jail, Plumbar assaulted a pretrial staff member. He has been arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Assault on Public Servant and Assault. His bond has been set at $60,000.00.
