On Friday, August 9, 2024, Deputies with Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit, supported by the US Marshals and Precinct 2 Patrol Deputies, executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the 7700 block of Moline Street in southeast Houston. The action followed an investigation initiated several weeks prior based on a tip about possible drug activity at the location.
The Search Warrant, signed on August 8, 2024, led to the discovery of narcotics, approximately $105,000 in U.S. currency, and several firearms. Deputies also found numerous narcotics packaging items and other evidence. The primary suspects, 21-year-old Roy DeBryan Martinez and 24-year-old Trey Ignacio Martinez, were located at the scene and arrested without incident. Both individuals face charges of Felony Possession of Marijuana, with additional charges pending.

Constable Garcia expressed gratitude for the assistance of the US Marshals Office and his Deputies in the operation, emphasizing ongoing efforts to combat illegal activities in his precinct.
