Hemphill, TX – On Friday, December 26, 2025, the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Angelina County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Johnny Dickerson, who had been listed as one of the department’s Most Wanted.
Dickerson was wanted on an outstanding warrant for Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was one of the last remaining defendants from Operation Crystal Ball to be apprehended. He had fled Sabine County after deputies were unable to locate him at his Bronson residence during arrest operations that began in October 2025. He was added to the Most Wanted list on December 10, 2025, remaining on it for just 18 days before his capture.
Dickerson is currently being held at the Sabine County Jail on a $100,000 bond. Authorities noted that additional charges are expected in the coming days due to his probation violations.
