Rosenberg Police Arrest Four in Massage Parlor Human Trafficking Investigation

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the Rosenberg Police Department Strategic Enforcement Team, the Rosenberg Criminal Investigation Division, and the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Human Trafficking Unit conducted an undercover investigation into massage parlors in Rosenberg following tips of illegal activity.

The operation focused on businesses suspected of being tied to human trafficking. Detectives determined that massage therapists were offering sexual favors during massages.

Four adults were arrested on various charges, including Prostitution (Class B misdemeanor), Prostitution with two previous convictions (Class A misdemeanor), and License Required (Class B misdemeanor).

The investigation remains ongoing, and officials noted that additional charges may be filed.
