A 20-year-old man from Odessa, identified as Alex Brackman, has been apprehended in connection with a series of auto burglaries, according to the Odessa Police Department. Brackman now faces multiple charges including auto burglaries, evading an officer, and felon in possession of firearms.

The incident unfolded on February 4, 2024, when Odessa Police Officers responded to reports of multiple vehicle burglaries in the Parks Bell Ranch area. Among the stolen items were several firearms. Surveillance footage captured a masked individual in gloves and a hoodie.
