No Leads Yet in West Houston Murder of 28-year-old Man

The Houston Police Department is actively investigating a fatal shooting that took place at 1410 Brittmoore Road on Saturday, November 11.

The victim, a 28-year-old male, succumbed to his injuries, as confirmed by doctors at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. The identity of the victim is awaiting verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD patrol officers were initially alerted to the incident when the male shooting victim arrived at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. It was later revealed that he had been transported to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center via a private vehicle at around 10:15 p.m on the same day.

Further investigation by HPD uncovered that the shooting incident occurred at the address mentioned above.

As of now, investigators have not identified a motive for the shooting, and there are no known suspect(s) in connection with the case.
