New Caney Man Arrested After Discovery of Massive Haul of Child Porn Images and Videos

New Caney, TX – A 22-year-old New Caney resident faces five first-degree felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography after a multi-agency investigation uncovered nearly 200 images and more than 65 videos of child sexual abuse material traced to his residence.
Noah Samuel Estrada was arrested on February 11, 2026, following the execution of a search warrant at his home in New Caney, Texas. The operation stemmed from 17 separate CyberTipline reports received by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in September 2025. Those tips were forwarded to the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and assigned to a detective with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office ICAC unit.
Forensic review of the digital evidence revealed the material had been uploaded via an online platform. Through subpoenas, records analysis, and advanced digital investigative techniques, investigators pinpointed the suspect’s location and identity.
The February 11 search warrant was a collaborative effort involving:
- Houston-Metro ICAC Task Force
- Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, ICAC Division
- Montgomery County Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Constable’s Offices
- Constable Ryan Gable (Pct. 3)
- Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden (Pct. 4)
- Texas Department of Public Safety – Southeast Texas Region CID Special Agents
Estrada was taken into custody without incident and charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography (first-degree felonies in Texas, each carrying 5–99 years or life in prison).
“This case is a reminder that predators often rely on technology to harm children,” said Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden. “Our investigators and partner agencies are committed to identifying offenders, holding them accountable, and protecting victims. We appreciate the teamwork that went into this investigation.”
The investigation remains active, with the potential for additional charges as forensic examination of seized devices continues. Authorities emphasized that online child exploitation cases are a top priority for the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office and the Houston-Metro ICAC Task Force, which work daily to detect, investigate, and apprehend individuals using technology to exploit minors.
NCMEC CyberTips—generated when tech companies detect known child sexual abuse material being uploaded, downloaded, or shared—continue to serve as a critical early-warning system for law enforcement nationwide.
