Neighbor Arrested for Murder in Fatal Shooting at Montgomery County RV Park

A 58-year-old man, Timothy Sisco, has been arrested and charged with Murder following a fatal shooting at the 1485 East RV Park on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The victim has been identified as 67-year-old Billy Fisher.

Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting at the RV park, located near the 24000 block of FM 1485, at approximately 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, they found Billy Fisher with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by deputies and EMS personnel, Fisher was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Witnesses at the RV Park identified the suspect, who remained at the location, and deputies were able to detain him. Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit and Crime Scene Investigators, along with investigators from the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, launched an investigation.

Preliminary findings indicate that the victim and the suspect were neighbors at the RV Park and had been involved in ongoing disputes. On Saturday, the altercation escalated when the suspect, Timothy Sisco, allegedly brandished a firearm and shot Billy Fisher multiple times.

Timothy Sisco has been transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was booked on the charge of Murder and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond. Authorities have stated that this was an isolated incident involving only the victim and the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
