Montgomery County Woman Arrested for Practicing Medicine Without a License
Arrested: Michelle King

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, working with Special Agents from the Food and Drug Administration-Office of Criminal Investigations (FDA-OCI), has arrested a woman accused of illegally performing cosmetic medical procedures.

The investigation began in April 2025 after allegations surfaced that a female suspect, posing as a registered nurse or medical professional, was performing Botox and lip filler injections without the required medical supervision. Detectives with the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) and VICE units joined the case and identified at least two victims who suffered harm as a result of the unauthorized procedures.

On August 22, 2025, investigators conducted an operation that led to the arrest of Michelle Davis King. She was booked into custody on two active felony warrants for Practicing Medicine Without a License, each carrying a bond of $25,000.

Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing to determine if additional victims may be involved.
