Montgomery County Massage Parlors Busted in Prostitution, Human Trafficking Probe

A multi-agency investigation spanning several months has led to the arrest of two female business owners, Yuanqiu Hu and Haiying Li, for Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution (First-Degree Felony). Their massage parlors, identified as AA Massage (Spring, TX) and U Massage (Montgomery, TX), have both been shut down.
The investigations were initiated by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Division (VICE unit) in response to growing concerns about human trafficking and illicit sexual services. Collaborating with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Attorney General’s Office, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), authorities found connections to establishments offering sexual services.
Detectives also discovered that these locations lacked required state business documents, employed unlicensed workers, and had sexual paraphernalia on site.
Law enforcement agencies noted that massage parlors are frequently used for various illegal activities. Investigations are ongoing to determine if other crimes are associated with these businesses and to verify if the workers employed at these establishments may be victims of sex trafficking through fraud, threats, or debt manipulation.
