Midland County Deputies Seize Drugs and Firearms in Narcotics Raid, One Arrested

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and S.W.A.T. team executed a search warrant on August 14, 2025, in the 100 block of E. Pecan Avenue in connection to narcotics distribution.

During the operation, investigators recovered methamphetamine, cocaine, THC, marijuana, and several firearms.

Deputies arrested Manuel Trevino Padilla, 42, who was booked into the Midland County Detention Center on two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and a federal detainer for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Sheriff David Criner stated the Midland County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to pursuing and arresting individuals involved in narcotics trafficking.
