Man with Tennessee Warrants for Rape and Kidnapping Arrested in Spring, Texas
SPRING, Texas – Deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a man in Spring, Texas, who was wanted on multiple felony warrants out of Tennessee, including sexual assault and kidnapping.
On October 22, 2025, deputies responded to the 10 block of Rosy Finch Lane after receiving credible information from an out-of-state police agency regarding a wanted suspect.
Upon arrival, deputies arrested Michael Gaither, 22, who was found to have active felony warrants from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee for:
- Sexual Assault (Rape x2)
- Aggravated Kidnapping (x2)
- Aggravated Assault
Gaither was booked into the Harris County Jail for the open out-of-state felony warrants. Constable Mark Herman confirmed that Gaither’s bond amount and court information have not been set at this time.
